It has been our passion and purpose to bring the 'Mission Fire' to each and every church from the mountains to the plains of the Indian subcontinent. We have been experiencing a change in perspective amongst the young people and men about missions. However we feel that one of the most powerful force for taking this movement of His kingdom ahead, the women have been largely ignored or left out of this equation.
In reponse to the call to raise up God's daughters and equip them for this end time harvest, we started a three day retreat for a few women in the year 2009 which turned out to be a full fledged conference since the last following years with an annual attendance of more than 2000 women so far from all across the Himalayan region. 
Awakening the women in the families is the key to empowering and enlightening homes and communities. In addition to spiritual teachings, the participants are taught on human trafficking, starting business for missions, holistic mission, over-coming mid life crisis etc. 
This conference is set to go regional so that more women from different parts of the Indian subcontinent can participate and a women movement for missions could start in the days to come.
